Antiques and Collectables

We hold a monthly antique and collectables sale. These mostly comprise unreserved items from good local house clearances, or private individuals. Ordinarily one could expect a good range of Georgian, Victorian and later furniture, glassware, ceramics, jewellery, silver, paintings and lots more to suit every taste and price bracket. These sales are terrifically atmospheric and particularly well attended. We believe that this is due in no small part to holding onto traditional principals, we are a family run firm that place greater emphasis on our relationships with our customers.

Enamel Signs, Toys and Collectors

As the U.K’s leading auctioneers of enamel signs we offer for sale the best signs available at auction each year. Customers from across the U.K. send us their signs for sale. If you have a sign that you are considering selling, we will initially ask you to email us photographs of the front, of any damage/blemish and most importantly the back. You might ask why that is important, there are many forged signs on the market and this assists us in our identification and subsequent valuation.

You might notice that we do not often offer motoring related items, as Europe’s largest auctioneer of automobilia including enamel signs, we hold frequent specialist motoring auctions throughout the year. With sales rates higher than anyone else in Europe for automobilia, look no further than Richard Edmonds Auctions Limited. Click here to move to our motoring site

Within these sales we also offer other forms of early advertising such as mirrors, showcards, tin advertisements, packaging, finger plates etc. Additionally we specialise in Dinky, Corgi, Matchbox, Lesney and other die-cast models. Other areas include: tinplate and clockwork toys, model railway and train sets, postcards, stamps, coins, ephemera, children’s books, cigarette cards, dolls, teddies, games, lead soldiers etc.. If you would like to be added to our email database please let us know.
